Soccer10.gr returning policy is to accept back any product within 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery (as is evident from the letter of the General Postal waybill or any carrier used).
Soccer10 takes on the responsibility for shipping incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product.

Soccer10 in order to ensure a smooth and safe purchasing of a product from the buyer, is able to accept the return of it and replace it with an another of the same or a different size, if it is available.

The product is in a condition that can be resold (with tags of the manufacturer, without damage, soiling, etc.)
The product is not "customize" (not a printed name and / or number, not fitted badge, etc.)
The product was on offer at the time of purchase.
The product is not underwear.

The product is in a condition that can't be resold (without tags of the manufacturer, without damage, soiling, etc.)
We don't accept products such as: Underwear, Swimming trunks, Bikini Bottoms, Socks, Headphones - handsfree & POLAR swatches - timers, as well as products which have made with the customize method, unless they are defective.
