What is the GO COSMOS card?
In purpose of our customers loyalty and trust ,our company as a reward created the GO COSMOS card. It is a loyalty programme through which purchases are made at any Cosmos Sport & Sneaker10 store as well as purchased online at www.cosmossport.gr & www.sneaker10.gr . The GO COSMOS card is worth of 20€ and can be redeemed at any Cosmos Sport & Sneaker10 stores as well as their e-shops.
How does it work & what do I win?
When purchasing any of the above stores as well as e-shops you get one reward point for every euro spent on items not on sale or one point for every three euro spent on items on sale. All you have to do inform the cashier that you own a GO COSMOS card before your receipt is prepared

For every 200 points you you get a rewarded with a 20€ bonus that you can redeem within 14 days, in your next purchase at any Cosmos Sport & Sneaker10 stores as well as their e-shops. Due to software limitations once you gather 800 points your card’s balance reverts to 0 and the process starts from the beginning.
When does my GO COSMOS card get debited with points won?
All points won are added to your card’s balance as soon as your receipt/ invoice is printed.
How and when do I redeem my bonus?
As soon as you have gathered the necessary points you are able to redeem your bonus at your next purchase at any Cosmos Sport & Sneaker10 stores and e-shops. To redeem your bonus, it must be done after you have reached from the required points’ benchmark.
, You can also accumulate 2 or more bonus and redeem them in one transaction as long as the value of the product(s) you wish to purchase is at least equal with the total value of the bonus you wish to redeem. When redeeming in a store you will be asked to show your identity card. For online redemption you will be asked at the checkout whether you wish to use any available bonus (as long as you place your order being logged in to your GO COSMOS account).
Can I pay for the shipping fee using my bonus?
Your bonus can only be redeemed towards products’ value.
Can I redeem part of my bonus?
Your bonus is always redeemed in 20€’s multiples (e.g. 20, 40, 60 etc), you cannot partially redeem any other amount.
Do I accumulate points when redeeming my bonus?
Of course, when purchasing any product you gather all points that correspond to the product’s value (1€=1 point for products not on sale and 3€=1 point for products on sale) regardless of whether you pay for it redeeming any previous bonus.
Do I accumulate points for purchasing or when redeeming Cosmos Sport gift cards?
No points are awarded for purchasing or when redeeming Cosmos Sport gift cards. Points are only awarded for the products’ value that are paid in cash/ via debit or credit card/ via PayPal/ through bank transfer/ redeeming bonus from your GO COSMOS card.
Do I get extra discount when using my GO COSMOS card?
Your GO COSMOS card is not a discount card so for any transaction you will be asked to pay for the price indicated on the product.
Where can I see my points and any available bonus?
Once you log in to your account click on the “Go Cosmos Points – Login/ Edit card” option and you will find out both, your current points in total as well as your available bonus. You may also enquire at any Cosmos Sport & Sneaker10 store or contact our customer experience team at 2811 808 808 (Monday to Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturday 09:00-20:00, excluding bank holidays).
Are there any extra privileges to the GO COSMOS card?
GO COSMOS holders are entitled to 20% discount in a single transaction within the week starting on their birthday. If the products are not on sale, they will get them 20% cheaper while if the products are on sale for lower than 20% then the discount will be adjusted to 20% (off the initial price). You will be asked to present your identification card to verify your birthday. This offer is only valid in stores, not online!
I lost my card, how will it be reissued?
Your GO COSMOS card is the only number you will receive

(In order to see your balance you need to sign in to your account and then click on the “Go Cosmos Points – Login/ Edit card” option and on the next screen you can find out both your current points’ balance as well as your available bonus.)
